At Premier Therapy we also provide physical therapy treatment that addresses needs specific to women’s health issues. This includes our services for women coping with the effects of their treatment for breast cancer and our services for women who are experiencing urinary incontinence or other pelvic floor muscle dysfuction.
Patients receiving therapy within the scope of our Women’s Health center will be seen by female therapists who practice primarily in these areas of care. Patients can be assured that our Women’s Health center is a professional and confidential setting where they can feel comfortable and supported throughout their treatment.
Treatment usually includes education, manual therapy and supervised therapeutic exercise. Our goal is to not only facilitate rehabilitation of the presenting dysfunction, but to help our patients meet their goals and return to their activities.
