About Us

In 2003, a mutual friend introduced Shant to Nora Cascardo, a physical therapy specialist, and together they opened Premier Therapy Centers. The Center provides care for clients of all ages and function levels. The primary objective for all clients is to increase their functional level - so they focus on improving their health and physical fitness. The two companies function seamlessly to educate, motivate and train their clients to reach their fitness and functional objectives in a uniquely positive environment. 

Operating from a 4,000 square foot facility that offers clients a private setting, Premier Therapy Centers and Exclusive Fitness are equipped with Cybex free weights, machines and a variety of cardiovascular equipment and cross-training systems. The staff includes in-house physical therapists, exercise physiologists, massage therapists, and personal fitness trainers who specialize in the areas of weight resistance exercise, cross-training, sport specific training, functional training, as well as core training. 

Specializing in orthopedic physical therapy services, spinal therapy, functional balance and gait training, as well as sports and work related injuries, Premier Therapy stays current with industry standards as well as develops original therapy techniques.
